“The property is beautiful. The listing is misleading, as it shows upstairs terrace and a kitchen area which I assume are in the other apartment on the property. The hot tub is fantastic, as well as the yard. The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. The location is close to trailheads (walking distance). The kitchen is poorly equipped: two coffee cups, no silverware, and no plates. There is no way to cook except for a microwave. There is a fridge and a keurig with coffee supplies.”

“Samuel and Silvinia are wonderful people. The cottage reminds me more of an in-law suite, and it has practically everything you need. It was a great place to chill and read. It was also nice to come back to a bed that we could pass out in from a long day of being a tourist. 100% would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay outside of Sedona.”

“Nice property the owner might want to say that there are 17 steps to the bathroom. It didn't bother me, but my wife was a little unstable from a recent surgery and had a little trouble with the stairs as they are quite steep.”

“This place was amazing. The cottage was conveniently located to trailhead and restaurants. This place was above and beyond clean. When we come back to Sedona, we are going to stay at this location again.”

“It was fantastic the place is beautiful. Everything about the home Garden the views. Were outstanding. Peace and quiet out in the middle of nowhere. There are no stores or restaurants close by so u do need to pick stuff up.”

“The place is much larger than it appears from the outside so, if you have a group, or will be traveling with family it is very accommodating. The area is very nice as you are initally driving into the neighborhood where the house is located, but as you get closer, it's not as appealing. Especially the street where the house is located. SOME neighbors have a lot of junk in their yards and there is at least 1 abandoned trailer a few lots down. It looks like they are fixing the house next door...

“My husband and I decided to take a quick trip to checkout cooler summer locations in AZ. This cabin was perfect for the season. Not sure how hot is gets in Munds Park during the summer months so no AC might be an issue??? Love this place❤️”

“My husband and I were there for two nights. We walked to the Redwall Distillery the first night. This is in a nice neighborhood. Our only suggestion would be to have a couple of chairs right behind the cabin,in the backyard, so that guests wouldn’t feel like they were encroaching on the host’ porch. A very nice, comfortable place. We loved it.”

“I stayed here for 2 nights when I was in Sedona to photograph a wedding. It was a perfect little spot for me - I didn’t cook or anything but the mini fridge and kitchenette was handy for what I needed. It was also a fabulous location for me! The wedding I photographed was at Tlaquepaque which was just a quick drive away. Nice little place for 1 or 2 guests!”

“The cottage was lovely and absolutely spotless inside! Nice amenities, such as hot tub, kitchen appliances and even many spices. Decor very appealing. Only two concerns: couch and chair in front room low and difficult to ruse from; front and back patio needed a good sweeping. All told I would definitely recommend to friends 😘”

“This resort is exceptional. Perfect for everyone. The units were close to the laundry facilities, which were free. They had two pools, one for adults only, which is a great touch. There is a fine dining restaurant on-site. This resort is about 7 miles from Sedona.”
