“Willet Ponds Farm was a wonderful place to stay. We stayed in the Willet Nest property which was perfect for our stay. Hubby and I stayed in the main house and our 17 year old daughter loved her own space in the bunk house/small cabin. “We had a wonderful stay at Whimsy on the Wood! Clean, peaceful, comfortable - Beautiful fenced in yard, plenty of space for our 2 dogs to enjoy! Definitely will book again! ”

“This is a great location, just a block from downtown W Jefferson. The kitchen layout is excellent, with a separate dining area adjacent to the back porch (which is a small cement space). The living room is nicely laid out, but should have a larger table. The bedrooms are small, with inadequate storage space for extended stays, but the bedding was nice (despite the bed being a bit too soft). “Only issue was that entering the entry code was impossible due to lack of good lighting and the location of the device. But owner was very helpful and quickly helped us find another way to enter the home.We loved the location and the view. Very close to the nearby town but we felt like we were secluded in the mountains! P”

“Great property for families! Kids had plenty of room to run around and play outside, fire pit was wonderful for our bonfire and smores, great location to get to Creeper Trail and Abingdon activities!”

“The cottage is nice and communication was good. The town of Damascus is very small, so be mindful that theres not any food/stores open late. Overall, I stayed at the house while attending the race in Bristol. The cottage took about 40 minutes to get to, including traffic from Bristol Motor speedway. ”
