My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event. Tashi nmeem was fantastic to communicate with for any questions. The location was perfect. I would definitely bring my family here again!! Street parking is scheduled based on days so be attentive which day you are parking in which street. We were not aware and got 25 ticket.”

“It was perfect for our stay, we would definitely rent it again. I have to say that the house needs a good deep cleaning. Furniture moved and cleaned under. We found food, hot sauce and candy wrappers, under it. Floors need a good mopping. We had to sweep the floors because there was dirt, and crumbs on it. Nothing major or too serious. We had an awesome time and loved the house. ”
