“We had issues trying to check-in. The driveway was not plowed and dangerous for one of the guests with a cane. The walkway not shoveled and steps icy. Trash can broken, plates in cupboard were wet and gross, wifi not working - no password didn't work; and no checkout instructions provided despite being asked multiple times”

“We arrived around 2 am on the night we were supposed to check in because of the be weather and had to message Shaun multiple times and call multiple times to get our check in instructions and the check in code. There was very little support in providing information about the city and local attractions like you'd expect in a VRBO. And everything seemed and felt like a cheap managers special.
