“Very comfortable room with very welcoming staff at the pub. Though I would advise don't go Monday as its a late check in and no breakfast. But the room was very nice, only minor issue was the coffee maker didn't work but it was very clean, very comfortable and amenities were excellent.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. They accommodated us by making take away breakfast boxes because we had to leave early. Typical pub/inn with typical pub food. Under new management, so they were adjusting. The location was perfect, right in town and we got there early enough to get parking on site. ”

Apart from not receiving any information about how or where to check-in/find my key before I arrived, the room in itself was cold, smelly and the overall quality was simply poor, with details such as a broken towel heater tube in the bathroom, rugged carpets and the light switches places in very inappropriate spots, a hallway that stank with rips and tears in the walls from previous paintings which made the whole...

“History on the doorstep with the rained castle. Complete with moat. Lovely pretty small village. Not an extensive menu. Very tasty and well cooked food. Very attentive service. Seating inside and outside by the stream. We had the basic twin bedded room. Which was as the room suggests basic. Very clean and comfortable bed. ”
