“We had a lovely stay at the house. It’s very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket was a nice touch upon arrival. We stayed at the house to visit Great Wolf Lodge and be able to have our dog with us. It’s about a 7 minute drive to Great Wolf and we had the best time. We had delicious dinners at 110 Grill and at Tacos Tequila. The house is next to a beautiful quiet cul de sac perfect for walking our dog. We would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great time at the cottage and were pleasantly surprised at the quaintness of the pond and surrounding community. Wonderful stay overall! We skied Wachusett. Which was 5 min drive and Wachusett Brewery was amazing! We recommend checking the sauna hookup first and more adult sized towels! Everything else was lovely!”

“The house was nicely appointed, clean, on a very quiet street. Easy to get to and from Boston, even on a holiday weekend. The lake was very swimmable, even as early as Memorial Day. A couple things to be aware of: One of the bedrooms has to be walked through to get to the primary bed room (or you have to go outside). The play loft is also above the primary bedroom, so not a place that will allow kids to play while parents sleep in, but the living room worked ok for that.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Dublin field house. Brie was an attentive host answering questions about local dining and offering to pick up groceries ahead of our arrival. Our party arrived in stages so knowing there were already snacks in the fridge was a huge relief. On our way home we were already talking about when we could stay again!”

The location is quiet with a sunny stunning overlook of a open fields-a bird preserve-to a pond with nearby mountains. The house in beautifully designed for shared space but also provides privacy. Simple elegant furnishings plus kayaks & paddles. It could not be more perfect. I’ll come Back with friends for a vacation or alone to work/hike/paddle.”
