Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a bunk room for the kids! Located on Tim's Ford Lake in Winchester, TN. Close to the TVA dam, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Twin Creeks Mariana, State Parks, Golf Courses, Restaurant's and more! Enjoy the private dock, peaceful fire-pit, and quiet cul-de-sac. Great for girls weekends too!

The place:
You’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the entire home. The house is a tri-level layout with bedrooms located on both the top and bottom floors, and each bedroom features its own private bathroom for convenience. The main entry level includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for gathering and spending time together. You can access the dock from the bottom level, making it easy to head outdoors and enjoy the water whenever you like. Winter Pool is dry behind the house. Check water levels on TVA if you plan to bring your boat. Kayaks Provided.

Other things to note:
Please not that the home is not suited for crawlers and small children. There are 3 levels with adequate stairs. Additionally the home is most comfortable for 8 people, 6 Adult and 2 children. There is a couch in the bunk room with a pull out trundle for 1 additional child. It would be tight to have adults sleep in the bunk room. We do NOT allow animals, smoking, or parties.
