  • About:
    Relax with the whole family at Cove Sweet Cove. Enjoy DOUBLE LAKE views off the front or back patios. Spread out and enjoy this adorable newer built cottage. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a bunk room for the kids! Located on Tim's Ford Lake in Winchester, TN. Close to the TVA dam, Jack Daniel's Distillery, Twin Creeks Mariana, State Parks, Golf Courses, Restaurant's and more! Enjoy the private dock, peaceful fire-pit, and quiet cul-de-sac. Great for girls weekends too!

    The place:
    You’ll have plenty of space to relax and enjoy the entire home. The house is a tri-level layout with bedrooms located on both the top and bottom floors, and each bedroom features its own private bathroom for convenience. The main entry level includes the kitchen, dining area, and living room—perfect for gathering and spending time together. You can access the dock from the bottom level, making it easy to head outdoors and enjoy the water whenever you like. Winter Pool is dry behind the house. Check water levels on TVA if you plan to bring your boat. Kayaks Provided.

    Other things to note:
    Please not that the home is not suited for crawlers and small children. There are 3 levels with adequate stairs. Additionally the home is most comfortable for 8 people, 6 Adult and 2 children. There is a couch in the bunk room with a pull out trundle for 1 additional child. It would be tight to have adults sleep in the bunk room. We do NOT allow animals, smoking, or parties.

Beautiful and comfortable home in the most peaceful and lovely inlet of the lake! We enjoyed taking the kayaks out, fishing from the dock, and roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Also loved sitting on the balconies and decks with our coffees in the morning and cocktails at night! The house very close to Elk River which has excellent trout fishing. Would def recommend and will def be back!

Residence was clean and decorated serene and modern. Lake like but not overly so. Property is sloped but we still managed to set badminton up and play close to the front porch. Drive is steep but we had three Fullsize trucks and still had plenty of room. Kids ages 6 thru 8 absolutely loved fishing from the dock and their first experience Kayaking in the kayaks with life vest provided by the host. We were about a twenty minute drive from Bluegill grill where we had dinner Saturday night and enjoyed some live music. There are other Marinas with food and live music within a short drive as well. The host was very responsive with the minor issues or questions we had and got us taken care of in no time at all. All bedrooms have their own bath which was really nice. No bathroom on main floor which is the living dining and kitchen area. Ample sitting for our party of 8. The house is three levels with two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. So don't rent if you are opposed to stairs. We would definitely recommend this property and would rent again.
