Welcome to Lakeshore Modern! This cozy lakefront home is perfect for your next vacation. This new rental sleeps 16 guests and is equipped with 2 king beds, 2 queen, 4 full beds and plenty of bathrooms (5 full) so everyone can shower after a day on the lake! This family friendly property is located near Downtown Winchester, right on Tim's Ford Lake, and is the perfect for the whole family. Book now for your next getaway!

8x16 platform dock, can tie a boat to.

Bring your favorite coffee grinds, firewood, charcoal, and lake towels. A small starter supplies of household items are provided such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/bar soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and dish soap.

2 kayaks with life vests also included. FIREPIT, picnic table, and charcoal grill complete the outdoor fun! Please bring your own charcoal and lake towels. White shower towels provided for showering.

Best Family Christmas

Our 84 year old matriarch had the great privilege of having all of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren under one roof. This was the first time, now I don't think we can Not do it. It was amazing. The view is great. The lake was damned up so my brother didn't get to fish, but we were okay with that as well. We all loved being together in this amazing home.

Family Thanksgiving 2024

We had a great stay. The house is very nice. Parking of all of our vehicles was a little dicey at times, but we managed it. I have just been notified that our daughter left her rings on the nightstand in the bedroom upstairs that had the full-size bed. Would you mind checking with the cleaning staff to see if they have those? I would be glad to meet somewhere to get them or whatever works best. Thank you.

More places to take toiletries out and store in bathrooms. Also, more/and larger trash cans. Also the couples upstairs said it was hard to get the perfect sleeping temperature. Not complaining at all just constructive siggestiins

Perfect family getaway

This place is absolutely perfect. It had plenty of space for our large family of 12 to spread out. We loved the kayaks and easy access to the lake! The place is simply stunning inside and out! Everything was beautifully clean and we appreciate all the high end finishes. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful immaculate home on the lake!

Lake trip

Everything about the house was great. Travelers should be aware they do not provide washcloths with the exception of a couple makeup removal ones. I would have preferred that beautiful deck had a dining table and chairs. The view is great!

Amazing stay!

Our group of 12 (six adults and six teens) had a wonderful four-day stay at Tara's house over the 4th of July holiday. The house is beautiful and incredibly well-equipped (TWO dryers at a lake house is a game-changer!). The beds were comfy and everything was absolutely spotless. We were able to rent a boat and have it delivered right to our dock, which worked fine even though the water right next to the dock is relatively shallow (you could swim out just a few yards for deeper water to float in). The lake itself was beautiful. Fairly busy on the 4th, as you'd expect, but plenty of room for skiing and tubing both days we were out. The house was also very convenient to the cute downtown area and grocery stores/Wal-Mart. Lastly, Tara and her cleaning team went above and beyond to return a left-behind item. We would definitely recommend this house!

Modern Brand Lakehouse stay

This was a perfect place for us to stay while attending a family reunion in Winchester, Tennessee. The only thing I'd add to the house and its contents are some washcloths in each bathroom. We had a very good experience staying in this spacious, lovely home.

Coworkers Girls Weekend

What a great weekend! This group of 6 girls, work together and live 30 mins or less to Winchester. We wanted to spend time with each other and have fun! That’s exactly what we did! AMAZING HOUSE!!!! Everything you need!!!! I won’t lie….snow storm headed to Tennessee….I wish I could’ve stayed all week and watch the snow. Absolutely breathtaking house! A+. Tara is an amazing host….we communicated about several things. She was always on it!!! Thank you Tara for a wonderful experience. Outstanding!

This was the perfect house for our annual girls' trip. The home was so beautiful and comfortable, and the owner was always very responsive. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everyone had a fantastic time! Plenty of hiking near the home, and Filo's Tavern on the square was delicious. We hope to come back when the weather is warmer so that we can take advantage of the lake!
