Enjoyed our stay! The house is large and has lots of beds. We had 2 families stay and we had plenty of room for everything. We enjoyed the included golf cart and the use of the pools in the resort. Of course the lake is beautiful too!

The whole house was decorated very well and we felt very comfortable staying there. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. I especially enjoyed the screened in back porch.

My family really enjoyed the home. It was very clean and accommodated all our needs. Brad was very responsive when I had questions. I would recommend this home to anyone.

The property was exactly like they pictured, beautiful inside and out with everything that we needed and that never happens. The owner was responsive to all our inquiries, even contacting us before we made it just to give us some tips before check in. We had a great time with family and we use VRBO often for our trips this was one of the best! We even have thought about renting other properties from the owner. The amenities were great, but sometimes finding things was confusing because the community is so large and the residents aren't very helpful. However, the employees that work the community are very nice, respectful, and helpful. We give this home and the host 10/10!

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The location was perfect—very close to our event and easy to find, which made everything so convenient. The home itself was absolutely charming and had a really welcoming feel from the moment we arrived.It’s located in a gated community, which added an extra sense of security and peace of mind. The house was clean and well-maintained, and there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were big and incredibly comfortable—everyone slept great.Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to others!

Great house for TAC

We stayed here with a few other families for the TN Total Archery Challenge. Great place. Close to TAC and a variety of local restaurants.

Beautiful home very close to the lake

Small group celebrating a friend’s 60th birthday.Beautiful spacious home in a very nice gated community. Very close to the lake and marina. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.Host was very quick to respond to any questions.

Excellent home and host! We enjoyed this fantastic lake house resort with community pools, marina, boat launch, and a peaceful neighborhood! Any questions, concerns, or needs were promptly addressed. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great home!!

We spent Memorial Day weekend here and it was great! The house was tidy and clean and had a lot of what we needed to make our meals each night. We went into town to eat for dinner at filo’s and it was phenomenal. Brad and Jessica were quick to respond when we had questions regarding the pools. Such a relaxing place to stay for a weekend trip! Would come back!!

Loved the house, great views from screened in porch

Lots to like about this house. All neat and clean, seems new, and situated in what is clearly a new subdivision. There is a really nice screened in porch downstairs off the den/living room.Master bedroom is downstairs with en-suite bathroom with shower. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed each, and share a bathroom in the hall. The bunkroom, also upstairs, has four beds, in two bunk sets, and its own en-suite bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen is well equipped. Keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch. Very oddly, the microwave is a tiny dorm-size one, and so small that a regular sized plate will not fit in the microwave. The kitchen would be better equipped with a regular/full size microwave. There is a large dining table. We had 8 people around it and there was room for a couple more.The owners/managers were somewhat responsive. The check in instructions they entered into the VRBO website were incompletely, and did not include a necessary piece of information - the gate access code. The house is in a gated subdivision, where the gates are closed at night and you need a gate access code. I had not received that gate access code before arrival. Fortunately, I was able to tailgate another car though the gate, and once I got settled in, I messaged the owners, who responded promptly with the gate access code. There were no check out instructions, And the owner/manager did not respond to my messages on the VRBO platform asking for any check out instructions.
