“Booked as a short stay for our wedding anniversary. I've seen this property many times as we've walked between Windermere and Bowness and been intrigued by the waterball outside. Didn't actually realise it was this hotel when I booked. We stayed in a lovely suite with an outside hot tub, a steam room,small sitting area and jacuzzi bath, as well as separate shower room. “The guesthouse was nicely decorated, the hosts were super, the breakfast was served hot and fresh, and the location was good with easy access to both Bowness and Windermere. As a guest here one also got access to the spa at another hotel i Bowness, which was a nice bonus on a chilly day.”

“We stayed at Elim House because we attended a wedding in Bowness-on-Windermere. The owner went out of his way to help us park our car around the back, and we generally very welcoming and provided us with local information. The location is perfect for visiting Bowness and the centre is just a short walk away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“イギリスの古き良きロッジ。湖水地方を訪れた記念にもなる。部屋は素晴らしく作られており、オーナーは親切。非常に良い思い出になった。 湖までは歩く必要はあるものの、歩くのも楽しい地域。なお、バス停が近くにあるので駅からはバスを乗るのが便利。とはいえ、駅までも歩ける程度の距離。”

“I had a great time here. Great location you're very close train station and where most buses go. It's about 20 minutes walk down to Bowness. Both Michelle and Christopher very frendly. I would recommend this guest house. Lots of bars and restraunts near by as well. ”
