DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. This property does not have any air conditioning. We were assured by the owner that they provided fans to help with the air circulation. Providing five 12 inch fans is not adequate for a three story townhouse property. We contacted the owner for additional fans to help with the air ventilation in the property and were not offered any further help. The two windows in the front bedroom on the second floor would only open approximately two inches so we could not get any cross ventilation.The third floor bedroom temperature had to be 85 even at night when the outside temperature cooled some. No way to get the rooms ventilated sufficiently to sleep.My family was miserable from the high temperature in the house. We moved out of the property after only one night of a paid five night stay. We moved to a hotel with air conditioning.The owner offered no compensation.I expect that the owner will indicate that we experienced an unusual heat wave in England; however, if you look at the climate history for England over the past few summers, you will see that there have consistently been heat waves that have lingered for weeks.Parking for the property is not as convenient as the property description indicates.Two of the bathrooms in the property description were converted from closets. The showers were too small with airplane size sinks.I Do Not Recommend This Property!!
