"Clean bathroom but had no make-up mirror. Cold room since the radiator did not work.Asked the reception for if they had a table make up mirror but they had no extra.Also told about the problem with the cold room an got information that someone should look at it but when I came back in the afternoon the radiator was still not working. For the room rate you expect better service."
