“Lovely property, peaceful and private.Larry was a great host, quick to communicate and recommend local attractions.We went to the adventure animal park which was awesome. Very well done.Had a campfire at the house and roasted marshmallows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils ect.”

“Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.”

“This is a very clean and cozy house in the hills of Pennsylvania. Everything is as described. It is down a dirt road so you car will get dirty. It is a nice place if you are looking for peace and quiet. The only suggestion I would make is to put an identification make by the road since you cannot see the house. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.”
