“The front desk person was not there upon arrival, we had to call out in the lobby as there's no bell inside and after ringing exterior bell we realized it doesn't seem to be working. After calling out a few times the young lady appeared from back room looking as if we had awoken her. She did not greet us and actually spoke very little to us we had to ask her to direct us to location of room only to have her point in general direction and say over there.
