“We were very happy with the property and the host, who made our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. There was a welcoming message on the blackboard, all the amenities were in good working order, although we never even tried out the hot tub, because, well, it was a bit too warm for it in July. The only thing we could have wished for was a pleasant walking path without rocks and briars for our prissy little pup, but she's one who is as content as can be in our laps anyway, so it wasn't...

“Stayed here with my wife and 4 kids, her sister and a baby, and our dog. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Fenced in back yard to let the dog out. Hot tub was lovely. Antique arcade games were a nice unique touch. ”

“Property was clean, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Communication was good with owner and location was good for our purpose. Would have been nice if back yard had been mowed for anesthetics, but not a show stopper. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“This was our second year spending NYE weekend in Heber Overgard. This was our first time at this location. Our first host was amazing. Provided check in details, offered stores and sights to see near by we highly recommend trying a slice of pie or a cinnamon bun at Pandrosas Bakery! It is now a must stop with our visits to Heber. This host did not provide check in details in a timely manner. We had to reach out to the host before we took a 3 hour drive in and out of service with our kids for the...
