“This place is in a good location to explore Greensboro. That being said, there were some issues. The owner has upgraded certain things and other things could use better accommodations. The couch upstairs was stained and had some kind of substance on it. We had to drape something over it. The place had an unpleasant odor and strong smoke smell. The linens were cheap feeling and did not fit the beds. I reached out to the host and his response was “ I can’t control the smell.” and “ you’re welcome...

“We loved our stay at the loft. It was the perfect location to spend time in Greensboro, Winston-Salem Salem, and Charlotte. The loft was really big and nicely laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water. We loved the record player! Dani quickly respond to all of our questions. Thank you!”
