This ground-floor holiday home offers a comfortable and practical layout for a relaxing stay, with some level differences due to small stairs between spaces. Upon entering, you find the living room with a cozy sofa and TV and a small dining table for three.

The simple kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, filter coffee maker, and kettle. The bedroom features a double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe. An additional sleeping space is available on the living room's sofa bed (140x200 cm).

The bathroom includes a shower, a sink with furniture, and a toilet. 

The home has two private parking spaces, with additional street parking available. The highlight is the breathtaking south-facing terrace, offering phenomenal views of the surrounding mountains, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and local treats. This residence offers a charming holiday experience near Winterberg.
 

Welcome to Niedersfeld, the ideal base for exploring the stunning area around Winterberg. Nestled on the edge of the Sauerland, this picturesque location offers natural beauty and activities for all seasons.

In winter, Niedersfeld transforms into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts, with nearby slopes for skiers and snowboarders, snow-covered forests for idyllic walks, and the frozen Hillebachsee for ice skating.

In warmer months, lush green landscapes and blooming flora invite exploration of numerous hiking and cycling trails through dense forests, along brooks, and across heathlands. Outdoor activities include mountain biking, climbing, and water sports on the Hillebachsee.

Culture enthusiasts can explore charming nearby villages with traditional half-timbered houses, enjoy local delicacies, and learn about the region's rich history.

Whether seeking adventure, nature walks, or relaxation, the surroundings of Winterberg from Niedersfeld offer something for everyone, showcasing the unique beauty of each season.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form you give us authorization to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and / or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
