Located just 150m from the marina and boat ramp where you can take your own boat or a big duck boat tour of the surrounding cost line or take out a private fishing charter .
This waterfront property is situated within Wirrina cove with access to the New Terry golf course and resort Bar and Restaurant. Second Valley, Carickalinga and Normanville are less than 10 min away, with their stunning beaches, restaurants and cafes including Fleurieu Gin, Aqua blue and Fork tree Brewery.
