“The continental breakfast was not the best. Sausage cold and different looking, not too good. Eggs were okay. The elevator was warm and smelled of oil or something, stunk. House keeping were not very friendly, said, Hi and no response.”

“We arrived for check in and upon walking in I was overcome by nausiatingly horrible smell. It was so intense and awful that as I was handing my license to the teenager behind the counter, I needed to make a break for it to the bathroom. I had to leave the facility and have my daughter (adult) return to collect my license so we could leave. The place not only smelled but also seems very run down. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!”

“We had a wonderful stay. Kristin was working the front desk the day we arrived, and helped us immensely! She was very welcoming and kind. Our toddler also loved their pool area. We would recommend this place to anyone, but those especially with younger children!”

“Beds were not comfortable cleanliness was ok and people below us had a dog yapping at 1am and the people were very loud also woke us up didn’t realize dogs were allowed plus charges for Everything expensive for a mediocre room”

“We go every year, and this year was completely different. Usually we get there and staff at front desk is attentive and on it. This time as we got there, they told us that they were having trouble trying to find our booking. Once they found it they gave us the key to a room where there was still people in. “We LOVED this spot! Would stay here again anytime! Bedding was great. They clearly work hard to add special touches to make for a great place to stay.”

“I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.”

“Quiet. Only complaint was bathroom In pool area needs a good cleaning but it was at the end of the day so that might have been why it was so bad. Water pressure in showers is light.”

“I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. “Window shades were see through so parking lot light shined in my face all night. Room was clean but had a heavy cleaning product odor. Towels were very thin and worn. Morning breakfast was good.”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“There were several little things that were not maintained, such as the door knobs were loose in master, the lamp in master bedroom did not work, and the pocket door in the master did not close. Also, the hotel restricted us to 1 extra blanket, for a party of 9. The couch had a large stain. And no chairs on the porch, though the adjacent unit had several. Great location, but a few little things would make this place great.”
