Nestled on five acres of picturesque grounds, Skibo House welcomes you with its expansive outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxation and play. The property is named after Skibo Castle in Scotland, reflecting its enchanting and family-friendly ambiance. Children can let their imaginations soar in the play area, pretending they are in a real Scottish castle, while parents enjoy lawn games or gather around the fire pit during winter evenings (seasonal restrictions apply).



Inside, the living area is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that open to let cooling breezes flow through during summer. The kitchen, designed for family cook-ups, features modern appliances, ample counter space, and an adjacent butler’s pantry for added convenience.



Bedrooms are warm and inviting, including a master suite with an ensuite offering twin basins and a luxurious soaking tub. Additional rooms and bathrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort. A dedicated kids’ TV/playroom sits near the bunk rooms, providing a space for entertainment.



Fully ducted air conditioning ensures a comfortable stay year-round, while high-speed Wi-Fi and ample parking add convenience.

Located on the edge of the Wadandi Track, Skibo House provides easy access to biking trails leading to Margaret River and beyond. Witchcliffe, just 2.2 km away, offers quaint charm and cellar doors like McHenry Hohnen. For family fun, visit Amaze’n, only 3 km away, featuring gardens, a maze, and mini-golf. Margaret River’s world-renowned wineries, such as Leeuwin Estate, are just a short drive or bike ride away, offering exceptional dining and wine experiences.

Parking: Ample parking is provided on the driveway.



Airport: Margaret River Airport is a 15-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.



School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Shire of Augusta Margaret River regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, may be closed down immediately. PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Large groups of adults will not be accepted to stay at this property. This house is for family gatherings only. There is a noise bond that will be forfeited if there are any noise complaints from neighbouring properties.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. Out of respect for the neighbours, there is a strict limit on noise from the house and outdoor areas at all times. Music must be completely off by 10pm.



We take our responsibility to our neighbours very seriously. Any breaches of noise limits will result in the loss of your noise bond.
