“Fick ett rum som var handikapputrustat inget vi efterfrågat, tappade lite charm i badrummet. Kallt rum och svårt att få en bra temperatur. Städning bara varannan dag vilket inte var ok tyckte vi som själva fick gå ut med sopor och nöja oss med blöta handdukar. Dyrt hotel med låg standard och service. Ingen vidare frukost och allt på engångstallrikar och bestick. Vad betalar vi för ? Skön säng och ok läge, det var nog det enda som var över medel”

“The room was amazing. More supplies and ammenities than we ever would have expected. Communication with the team members was very good. They made sure that we were all set up and then made themselves available if we needed anything (which we did not, but it was comforting to know that they were available). The neighborhood had some people who were 'down on their luck', but the building had security and the entry door was very close access for the taxi, so we always felt secure.”

“Good location, close to the shopping streets but still quiet. The cleaning on the 15th floor, where we stayed, was excellent and the staff was nice. Good that breakfast was included but the selection there was not that extensive; there were few healthy options and it was sometimes difficult to get a seat. We stayed at the hotel in early August when the weather was very hot. However, the AC in the room was very effective so the indoor climate was pleasant. We would happily recommend this hotel.”

“Staying in this penthouse was unforgettable! The suite was modern, very clean, and beautifully furnished, with fast Wi-Fi and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
