Gårdshotell i Wolf Island Provincial Park

“Front desk was very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, the rooms are not very up to date. Bathroom sink is very difficult to use, sprays everywhere. TV very difficult to use and slow. One major issue we had was the maid barged into our room to clean before our check out time, without even bothering to knock first. Was very uncomfortable and unprofessional on her part. Other than that, we still had a decent stay, I found the beds very comfortable and appreciated the friendliness of the front...

“Staff moved us from upper level to lower level, which was much better for myself being with medical issues, very much. Appreciated parking was in front of the room. Thank you”

“They were easy to deal with. Good Breakfast and room.”

“We really enjoyed our stay! Margaret was lovely and the rooms were quaint and homey. We also enjoyed walking through the gardens in the morning. Highly recommended!”

“Bedbugs! .. no complimentary coffee in the rooms .. loud partier's all night .. specifically to my room there was blood splatter on the walls, we moved a mattress and there was blood stains on the box spring, damage on bathroom door both sides damage on entrance door the hinges were torn off, something crazy happened in that room and they still rent it .. it looks to me like it's under New management by new Canadians .. enough said”

“Excellent all around”

“I went as a solo traveller in fall on a work trip. I was upgraded to a room with a porch and a view. The staff were excellent. I had dinner one night in the restaurant and the food and service was very good. My room was very comfortable. I would like to go back in season and stay in a cottage.”

“It was a very clean, newly updated room. The only issue is the a/c hardly blew out cold air. The weather was not to hot so it was not a huge deal but a hot summer night would be uncomfortable. It was a very quiet area and big parking spot which was good since we had our food trailer with us.”

“Good for the price!”

“Övernattning på väg till Toronto. Inte bästa skick; vattnet luktade illa när man duschade.”

“My wife and I stayed at the Westwind Inn this past weekend and were disappointed by both the value and customer service. When we arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty. We learned only 3 of the Inn's 32 rooms were occupied Friday night. Due to issues with the Inn's website, I had to book through Expedia and was assigned a woods-facing room. Given how empty the property was, I asked about moving to a lake-view room. Although many were available, I was charged an additional $75 per night plus...

“Hosts did a good job with the little extras like tea, shampoo and laundry soap which was much appreciated.”

“Paul and Carolyn were by far the best hosts I have had, the property was exceptional. It was clean and exactly what the listing said! If we needed anything, Paul was over within minutes and made sure we were comfortable and had whatever we needed! We even ended up staying an extra night cause we loved it! It was lovely to have some cleaning supplies as well to tidy up our space! And the animals at the front were just a plus! I will be renting again if we are welcomed back!! This definitely would...

“Beautiful spot. Was nice to see the sunrise on the lake, and enjoy the kayaks. Very rustic cottage!”

“Great location and close to all amenities.”
