The rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The hotel’s location is great, just a short walk from train and bus stations that provide easy access to all parts of the city. The airport shuttle bus stop is also conveniently located only 2-min walking distance from hotel. More importantly, the room prices were reasonable and aligned well with the hotel’s location and city area, which make it a good value for money. Although the air conditioning in our initial room wasn’t working, the staff quickly resolved the issue by arranging a room change on the same floor.
