“This place is amazing. The architecture of the villa is wonderful and it is tastefully decorated. The host has provided games and even a Bluetooth speaker for use in the den as well as a starter kit of coffee for your first day. It’s a short 2-3 minute walk to the beach club at the fairmont. The staff there are great and will take care of you. The little food truck by the fairmont, Pepperjacks, has great and affordable food/drinks. “Lovely, very comfortable place with a spectacular view from the patio and pool area. There was a bit of confusion at first checking in as the usual manager had recently passed away, but once we got in touch with Ainslie, she was very quick to respond and sort things out. The neighbors were very nice and Omar living next door as a taxi option is very convenient. It's a bit far from things so we recommend having a car otherwise. ”

“House was as advertised and easily accommodated our six person group. Location great and a relatively short walk to beach and beach bars. Property Manager Lorraine could not have been more helpful - in advance with options for transport and experiences - and during the visit when I had considerable difficulties with lost luggage. She called BA on a number of occasions herself which was very much appreciated (even if in vain…). Can recommend our drivers also - Charlie and David.”

“The Villa is amazing and very modern I love it. kitchen bedrooms and bathrooms fantastic very clean. quiet residential area my family loves it the view is amazing some cute little monkeys popping up early morning on the balcony my grandson enjoyed that the food at Roti Den restaurant is great and the host Reydon is 10/10 awesome very friendly checking in to make sure we’re ok will definitely stay there again ”

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Palm Tree Villa and thank you so much for the welcome basket on arrival. It was the perfect holiday. “We had a great stay at the villa. It was equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful in organizing cars and a chef (highly recommended!) for our stay. The layout of the property was perfect for 4 families with 4 kids total. The kids enjoyed the pool but the highlight for all was the daily visit from the monkeys.
