“No front desk at the Overlook. Check-in is electronic. Managers were very responsive to a couple of issues that arose such as hot water issue, a very complicated shower and a smoke detector battery. “We brought our dog with us. We had a room right by the exit. It was clean. Breakfast was great. One thing I would say is make sure you understand the dog fee before you go there there was stores very close for anything you forgot, which made it super convenient. I would definitely stay there again.”
