“The place looked nice enough on entering but we discovered the following: 1. There was no air conditioning except one bedroom on the top floor and the air con in the living area didn’t work. We discovered later that the filter had not been serviced and was full of dust. The owner refused to get a technician even after Christmas. We had to do a 1 hour round trip on Christmas Day to collect 2 small (and totally ineffective) fans from her place. Then on Boxing Day she dropped off 3 new cheap and...

Bbq had rat droppings all over it and was completely disgusting, absolutely nothing...
