“Definitely mold, one guest who had a mold allergy couldn’t breathe properly there. Old contact lenses and nose ring were left from previous guests. You block other tenants in the off street parking so if someone needs to get out, you have to get back from the city to move your car. Heat definitely did not work. Only positive was the location, ”

“No information about having to carry our stuff up 3.5 story's of steel fire escape. it was hell and dangerous. Not one comfortable chair or love seat in the place. Only one TV and that was in the kitchen. At times the people that live there where a bit noisy. To get comfortable you had to lay on the bed..Had nothing to sit on but 4 hard small wooden chairs. Four hundred dollars a night than nothing to sit on. No stove.”

“The owners of this property canceled on me the night before my trip, blaming it on a “maintenance issue”. They originally reassigned me to a different unit but then canceled it in full. It was difficult to contact the property and I did not even receive a full refund. Would not recommend staying at this place, a would not recommend this ownership group that works through Evonify Stays.”

“The inside entrance had no light. The bulb was burned out. The house was not clean. When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs. I went up the enormous amount of very narrow and steep stairs to the apartment. The stairs would be hard for any elder person to climb because they are so steep and narrow width and there are 16 of them. This should have been clearly shown and described in the ad.
