âReally nice room with the layout of a small apartment. Fantastic to have a washing machine inside the room. The breakfast was delicious and the receptionists were very helpful and kind, though some of them did not speak English so well. Also, there is a Starbucks right in the hotel building and the gym and pool liked great even though we didnât get a chance to use them. In this hotel we felt great and taken care of. âThis hotel was perfect for us after a long flight. The room was clean with a comfy bed. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety (both Chinese and western alternatives).

âHotel staff were friendly and quick when we made requests or needed help. Check in could've been a little bit more smooth, but I'm assuming it's just the language barrier miscommunication. Personally loved having a washer+dryer in the room. Bathroom was very nice and loved the bed and sofa bed combo. There was also an additional couch.â

"Good Hotel in Center. Easy to reach by AirportExpress/Subway. Nice and friendly staff,mainly good English. Rooms are a little older but in good and clean condition. Our room on 13th floor had a nice view and the beds were comfortable with a more soft matrass. Breakfast Buffet was fresh and had plenty of choice.
They helped us with booking of a private driver to the Great Wall and cost was cheaper than on the main online sites. Also helped us registrate for Tiananmen, as it has to be done the day before. All in all, we were satisfied."
