“If I could give negative stars, I would. We rented 2 rooms for a busy Expo weekend. At check-in, the hotel wouldn’t accept that we had already paid through Expedia, demanding that we provide a credit card. Every other place was full, so we had no choice. They charged that card but said that the card was declined, and said that we needed another form of payment. So we gave them another card, which they also charged. We found out the next day that both payments went through and we were paying...

“Definitely a must stay came through in a clutch I booked another hotel on the other side of town and it was a hole in the wall but then I called them last minute not only did they have availability but on the floor I requested and the staff was extremely nice I’m definitely coming back whenever I’m in town ”

“The room was nice the mini fridge was nice but the bed had dents in it and you can only sleep on one side of it and the bathroom was not good at all but other than that the staff are really nice and friendly”

“Not enough amenities throughout the property including the room its self. Pool was closed and apparently has been for a while now”

“This is a tough one. The room itself was clean no issues there but the hallways & the actual property itself was not clean. The hallway looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed ever!! There was no ice in the ice machine. We knew from reading review the breakfast was no hot breakfast or nothing fancy at all but when we went down all that was left was 2 bagels & 2 types of cereal. I tried to get both oj & apple juice & they were empty. So we walked away eating b absolutely nothing for breakfast. For...
