“It's nice property stayed here before on arrival room wasn't cleaned it was left mess previous guest but it was sorted quickly when I rang up .it's hassle free not have collect key check in being code operated will stay here again ”

“This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.”

“It’s a picturesque old pub with an extensive garden area and a large parking space. It’s quite classy indoors and we were impressed by both the sophisticated dinner menu and the food itself - very good.We were welcomed warmly and shown to the Cowdray Room, which opens on to the beer garden. That wasn’t a problem as the pub closes at 10, and then it was an advantage as we were able to sit outside for breakfast with the place to ourselves. The pub will cook breakfast but not until 10.30 am, so...

“linden house was beautiful, it was just a short walk or 7min drive to the sandiest beach in West Wittering, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful thank you Lulu and Russell and they even have a Hot tub, it was so nice to watch the horses on the back of the house on a morning with a coffee and the little book with all the local places to eat were a lovely touch, I recommend the Boulevard, it is a family run restaurant and it did a lovely burger and Sunday roast. Cannot recommend enough”

“Both our showers were filthy with grime, they both didn’t work. My shower had to be replaced completely. It looked like a mouse or a rats nest in bottom draw. The drawer handles were filled with dust and dirt. I mentioned it twice but they didn’t clean it. The station where the milk and coffee is, was empty. The kettle in. Number one room was filled with black bits and calcium build up. Also the hot water in the same room was too difficult to work. We booked the hotel because the advertising...

“Overall a good stay. But AC off upon arrival and it took 7 hours before the temperature was bearable to sleep (5 pm arrival). Nice atmosphere at the pub with great food and service.”
