“No hand soap in room upon arrival. Bathroom shower could’ve been cleaned better. The line for check in was almost out the door. We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...

“It was a wonderful room. Breakfast was late for us. We are awake at 6 am. Breakfast was at 9. We were out of the hotel by 8 am.”

“I wonder if this hotel is understaffed. The staff who were there were very nice, but we had to get things for ourselves--more tissues off the housekeeping cart. Also, I said in advance I needed non-feather pillows, because I'm allergic to feather. No one switched the feather for foam before I got there, and then they only had one foam pillow to give me! (Which they handed to me in the lobby, so I carried it up myself.)”

“The standard in the room was over average, breakfast was included so i can’t complain, but it was more options at the weekend. The manager and staff were great and cared for the ones who stayed there ☺️ ”

“Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with.”

“Really great staff. However, for a Westin, it was disappointing. Westin is usually a top tier hotel. No room service, no robes in the room. The grab and go area left much to be desired. Hotel needs some updating.”
