“Had a wonderful time staying in this lovely home. Four bright bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms. Comfortable and secluded nestled in the woods among natural habitats which you can enjoy from the large deck! Lots to do in the area including plentiful restaurants! Highly recommend and definitely would return again!”

“The 2 bedroom house was right on the river and was easy to enjoy with the fire pit on the property. The back patio had a great time view as well. Inside everything was clean and well appointed. “This was an excellent place and location for our girls trip. We went to Mohonk Mountain House, FDR’s house in Hyde Park, Hudson River Walk, and shopped and ate near the house in New Paltz. The host was so helpful and the house was perfect with all the supplies you’d need. We brought yoga mats but to our surprise they had some there! The backyard view was stunning too! Highly recommend. ”

“Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. ”

“The overall stay was very pleasant. The property was easy to find and the check process went smoothly. The cabin was very clean upon arrival and everything was as the host described it. The kitchen facilities were nice and spacious. While we didn’t cook much, it was nice to use for small meals. The bathroom was also neat and clean. ”

“Fantastic home. Great amenities. Being able to sit together outside around the table and the campfire when it's nice outside, or sit inside around the living room and dining area when it's rainy is great flexibility. Lovely to host a family vacation with a couple kids. Space for everyone!”

“This house is so big and beautiful we called it our chateau for the weekend. 6 families, 12 adults and 12 kids under the age of 8 stayed here for a long weekend. The place was perfect. It fit all of us comfortably. The pool and tennis court were a huge hit. The house was clean and set up perfect for families. Would 100 percent go back!”

“This is a charming, beautifully decorated home with plenty of comfortable sleeping spaces and a well-stocked kitchen, we didn’t find ourselves needing a thing.
