Iluka Blue - stunning ocean views

Iluka Blue is a very popular seaside holiday home located on Iluka Avenue, between Wye River and Separation Creek on the Great Ocean Road.
Thoughtfully designed and orientated to take in the light and expansive views over Separation Creek beach, the coastline, Sturt Point and Wye River village.

Upstairs area is entirely an open living, kitchen and dining space which invites you to sit down, relax and take in the multiple viewpoints. The sitting area has an iconic Great Ocean Road aspect, framed beautifully by the floor to ceiling double glazed windows. The adjoining timber dining table also enjoys the same aspect, making shared meals with loved ones here even more memorable. At the other end of the room is the lounge area featuring a sandstone stacked wall with inbuilt gas log fireplace. Sit back on the tan leather couches and enjoy a movie on Foxtel or streaming via the Smart TV and fast fibre to the node NBN wireless internet. Or enjoy a book sitting at the library wall with another framed view - this time of Sturt Point and Wye River.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with a 900mm wide electric oven and gas cooktop, integrated dishwasher, large fridge, DeLonghi coffee machine & grinder, microwave, breakfast bar with stools, cooking pots and serving ware. Enjoy holiday BBQs on the adjoining deck, with outdoor dining setting and ocean views. The deck area also has outdoor couch, banana lounges, and a walkway to a fenced lawn space to relax and gather on.

There are 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views and carpet, able to accommodate up to 8 guests.
The main bedroom has a timber framed queen size bed, desk and chair, and views of both Separation Creek beach and ocean views to Wye River. This main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a beautiful freestanding bath in the window.
The second bedroom is also a queen sized bed, and the third bedroom has a double size bed along with a timber single sized bunk bed. This third room also has a small TV with Foxtel. A bathroom with shower adjoins these two bedrooms, and there is an additional powder room is upstairs. There is a separate laundry.

A ducted heating and cooling system throughout the house controls the temperatures, with individual controls for each bedroom, and each bedroom has a ceiling fan as well.

Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Double Size Bed and 1 Bunk bed (2 x single beds)

Pricing
Couples rate: The 2 person rate is for couples sharing the same bed and using the adjoining ensuite bathroom.
If you are 2 people needing two bedrooms, please select the 3 person rate.
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.

Pets
Iluka Blue is pet friendly. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome inside. There is also a fenced lawn area off the top deck.

No loud music or loud activities that could disturb neighbours at any time.
No smoking, vaping or illegal activity
Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am
