“Decent hotel, but lacked promised amenities and housekeeping
The Good:
• The breakfast was okay (not too bad!).
• The staff was generally fine.
• The pool and gym were decent amenities.
The Bad (False Advertising):
• No Cribs: The website advertises "free cribs/infant beds," but when I asked the receptionist, I was told they didn't have any.
• No Daily Cleaning: The site says they offer daily cleaning, which was not provided. My mom explicitly asked the cleaning staff in the hall to clean our...

“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order.
I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

“Very clean and looked freshly painted or at least well maintained.. breakfast was solid and beds were comfy. BW is not usually in my top places to stay but for playing a tournament in Melissa this was a solid spot not too far away and lots of amenities near by.”
