“Great staff and good sized suite for the money. Very clean. Hotel just hasnt been updated since the 80s. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is challenging in a garage. Location is great for the river walk and trendy scene.”

“This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. “The door lock was broken. The hot water went cold while you were in the shower. The whole hotel was dated and the staff was not helpful at all. We were there for a festival and we were working from like seven in the morning until nine at night and we come back and they hadn’t fixed the issues that we had and they’d ask us if we wanted to move rooms at nine thirtyish at night and we were too tired for that all I wanted to do at that point was go to bed. “The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking.”

“We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use.”
