Highly recommended
We had a family group of adults (9 of us) and the property really suited. Plenty of room, nice pool and surround. Well furnished and equipped with everything you could think of. The manager, Rita, lives next door and she was very helpful. It's a little tricky to find initially as it is tucked away but just a short walk to the town square with bars/restaurants and a few shops. The master on the third floor is accessed by a spiral staircase which might challenge guests that are not that mobile. However it is great suite with 2 balconies. Overall would highly recommend the property.....5 stars!

Excellent stylish location at the island of Gozo
I am thrilled to write a 5-star review for this holiday home. This 300-year-old house of character is a perfect haven for those seeking peace and tranquillity. The house has been tastefully renovated and furnished to an exacting standard, and it boasts a feel and style of a baronial castle. The beds in this holiday home are not just stylish but also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring Gozo. The house is perfect for families and groups, and it caters to guests of all ages (we have been with the grand parents and our four kids). The house is in an excellent location, close to the main attractions of Gozo, and the owners have provided an excellent guide to the local area, which proved invaluable during our stay. For those who love the beach, the property provides beach towels and beach games, making it easy to enjoy a day on the sand. The private outdoor pool and garden patio are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun, while the brick-built barbecue and outdoor dining area provide the perfect setting for an al fresco meal. Rita, the host, is incredibly kind and took great care of us during our stay. Overall, we had an unforgettable experience at this holiday home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay in Gozo.

Beautiful and comfortable ✨️ 💕
The house is really beueautifull and comfortable. There was enough space for 3 families whis children. It looks really even better then on pictures. We have ours vacation on January so we were pleased and have fan spending time using fire place. I highly recommend staying in this great house Joanna

Magnifique séjour
Très belle maison typique située dans un petit village, proche de petits commerces, bars et restaurants. En ce mois de décembre la maison est fraîche et la piscine trop froide, mais expérience à renouveler au printemps.... Rita a été très accueillante et sympathique, et prête à nous dépanner si besoin. Nous recommandons.

Lovely house for family break
Very homely property with excellent quality fixtures and fittings, lighting options beautiful. Outside space is a courtyard , In Oct in constant shade so pool not usable . Roof terrace is where you’ll find the sun ! Very quiet area but square has restaurants, bars and food shop . Church is beautiful. Square is not pedestrianised so traffic flows through

Excellent service and immaculate property
We visited this lovely villa in August as a party of 5. The holiday had been postponed for two years due to covid and the owners were very flexible in terms of supporting us with the booking. The villa is beautifully presented, immaculately clean and spacious, with some lovely touches in terms of decor and lighting. The pool is also fabulous, and was not heavily chlorinated which made it particularly nice to swim in. Xaghra itself is a thrivjng town within two minutes walk away, with many nice restaurants. I would recommend booking in advance if you eat there. Ramla beach is about a 7 minute drive away, and is lovely, with orangy sands and sheltered in a bay. Recommend going early as it can get quite busy. Overall, I thoroughly recommend the property- communication and quality of villa excellent!

Perfect GOZO Stay
From the time my family of 5 was greeted, we felt welcome. Everything was beautifully ready for us and very clean. We had many nights by the pool and grilled dinners. Rita was super helpful with questions and offered to send my shoes back as I left them behind. Highly recommend for a family holiday, you won’t regret it.

Achtung bucht Geld ohne Beleg oder Nachweise ab !!!!
Unterkunft war sehr schön, aber der Gastgeber buchte nach einem (von uns zwar verursachten Schaden) Geld ab, konnte uns aber auch nach fast einem Monat keinen Beleg erbringen und meldete sich auch nicht mehr. Somit war es uns nicht möglich die Kosten nach zu vollziehen.

This is the first negative review we have received and it may be worthwhile using a translation service to read the review in English. The guests were fully aware, prior to booking, that if any damage was caused they would be liable for the costs of repair or replacement. We were made aware that one of the guests had completely smashed a glass shower door. The cost of a replacement glass shower door and the fitting cost has far outweighed the damage deposit and we were left well out of pocket due to a lack of care and consideration for our home that this set of young women displayed. It would appear that this review is meant as some sort of punishment for us retaining the damage deposit and hopefully you the reader will make your own mind up as to the writers intention.

Spacious Character Property in Fantastic Location.
A great holiday home with real character just a stones throw from Xaghra square which is one the best spots the island for bars/restaurants and general amenities along with its incredible church. Very spacious and very well equipped. We will be coming back for sure.

A tasteful stay in the sun
The Property Is on three floors and has been renovated to a high standard with tasteful decor - a perfect blend of classic and contemporary. The highlight for us was the pool, located in a generously proportioned front courtyard with high walls and a solid gate ensuring privacy. The pool is larger than perhaps the photos suggest. The water was always warm -but we were there in forty degree heat - and (for us this is an asset) it is thankfully in shade in August from around 4pm - relieving us of the need to reapply sun tan lotion A word of warning if small children arent strong swimmers - The water gets deep very quickly (for us it was ideal, though) While the pool was the highlight, the top floor of the property deserves a highly honourable mention. If this were in a hotel, it would be described as a penthouse suite It has an ensuite, a balcony -and opens on to a magnificent roof terrace with a view to the sea. The doublebed and wardobes are spacious and there is a single bed too. Overall the house is very well equipped. Xagrha Is also a fantastic location. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac yet just a couple of minites walk from the main square. It has a range of cafes and restaurants ranging from the reasonably priced to some -such as Latini - which border on fine dining. I'd also recommend regular visits to 73 in the Square where David and Tania create a fantastic atmosphere. Their bar boasts in fact 74 gins - (and many other drinks) and they were also helpful in many other ways with tips and information on what to see in Gozo and how to get around (there are hourly buses to the island Capital -Victoria/Rabat) and contributed significantly to our enjoyable stay The Ggantija Temples - a Workd Heritage Site - is at the edge of town Quibbles I found Craig and Andrea very very responsive to messages and Rita - their housekeeper - Is on hand next door if needed but our stay was problem free. My quibble would be that the air con was metered- probably a good idea for the environment and in discouraging over use but as It was particularly hot during our stay it tended to cost 5/6 euros to keep it going overnight and in to the morning. This wasn't particularly expensive but gave us the task of marshalling a collection of one or two euro coins each day to stay cool. (Fans were also provided) Overall the house was excellent value - It could easily accommodate three families- and I have no hesitation in recommending it

An amazing place to stay... the house is equipped with everything
It was fun and relaxing... No issues found... the only small problem was that it was not mentioned that WiFi only works on the ground floor as the house had a 1st floor and 2nd floor where WiFi was not available... no air conditioning in the common area but we where able to cool the kitchen and living room by using the air conditioner that was in the ground floor bedroom. The other thing is that I was not aware that I needed to pay for using the Air conditioning but the price was really worth it and we only used it at night Overall all it was just perfect.

Outstanding accomodation
I have to join others before me and confirm that the farmhouse was brilliant, better than expected actually. This might sound repetitive from other reviews but I totally agree that every room is indeed finished to an outstanding level and the farmhouse is equipped with all amenities that one would require (on a humoristic note, Alexa did act kind of crazy :-). Rita the housekeeper was indeed very helpful and welcoming and the responsiveness of Craig the owner was almost immediate. Will gladly recommend and look forward to another stay.

Gorgeous place with everything we could have hoped for
The farmhouse was brilliant and every room was finished to an amazing level. The housekeeper was delightful and very helpful during check in, and Craig was really helpful and responsive to our messages. A beautiful large house of characters with a modern touch
Great location it is secluded and tranquil yet a few minutes walk away from the charming church square of Xaghra which is so close to restaurants, cafes and supermarket. The house itself is beautiful full of traditional Gozitan characters, spacious with a lot of natural lights, each bedroom is unqiue and the beds are super comfortable to sleep in. Lots of attention to details in terms of functionality and necessities prepared for guests. We all enjoyed the pool and roof terraces tremendously. The only suggestion is to perhaps put up curtains in the top floor bedroom and the room with 2 single beds. It gets very bright in early mornings (5/6am) but there's no curtains or blinds to block the light out.

Lovely week in the sun.
The house is large and spacious. We especially enjoyed the roof terraces which were classy. Xaghra is a lovely village. The square is 2 minutes walk away and has a great selection of bars and restaurants. There are also a couple of museums in the village as well.

Awesome 👏
We loved staying right in Xaghra. The house was a perfect way to explore Gozo and just hang out by the pool/roof top lounge. The kitchen, bbq, and outdoor space were our favorite spots. Everything we needed was in walking distance to town center. The restaurants at town center were great with large portions The owners are super responsive to our queries. Their recommendations were all spot on including Raymond Transportation. Since in Malta they drive on the other of the road and roads are tight, we used them every day.

The perfect house for large family holidays!
This house is truly stunning and has a great blend of historic charm and comfortable modern features all beautifully presented. The various living areas and terraces created such a tranquil environment which was such a benefit for our large family gathering. The pool was a definite highlight and is a great way to cool down and refresh after a morning of site seeing. In addition to the beauty of the house, it is also so well located to the main square in Xaghra, with all the restaurants, bars and shops an easy walk away. I recommended this house to anyone looking to stay in Gozo, we will definitely be coming back!

Excellent House
This house is beautiful, well decorated and clean throughout. It is well equipped and very comfortable. The aircon only took 3-4 euros to run all through the night in all bedrooms, and made such a difference in the heat. You do need to collect a few coins to put in it. Craig and Andrea were really helpful and quick to respond to any queries. They were very flexible with timings, so we could stay a bit later before we needed to leave for our plane. The pool was perfect, and the situation ideal for strolling a very short distance into the square or travelling a little further afield. It is also handy for the shops and other local attractions. This is the best house we have stayed in at Xaghra (been 3 x now) and we would certainly like to come back.

Perfect holiday
We are 3 familys from Norway that just got back from a wonderfull vacation in Xhagra Gozo. We just loved the house! Perfect size for us (5 adults & 5 children), lovelig outside areas with a pool that was used during the hole week. The house was nice and clean when we came there and was warmed welcomed by Rita who gave us the keys and instructions. This was our first trip to Gozo, and we fell in love with it. Surely we will go back there and if we do this is the house to stay in. Thanks for a wonderfull week and for renting your wonderfull house. Beautiful Villa, tucked away in quiet village!
This villa was absolutely perfect for our stay on Gozo and Malta. There was plenty of room for all seven of us spread over 4 levels. The bedrooms are nicely sized, as well as the living areas on the bottom floor. And the outside space with the pool is lovely too! You are only minutes away from the village centre by the church which has a few restaurants, pubs and shops for groceries and everyday bits. If you are looking for a quiet holiday with good transport around the other islands then I would absolutely recommend this villa! It was a wonderful holiday and we would definitely go back! We were a party of 2 families - 10 in total. There was enough sleeping space in the house and more than enough room to accommodate us. Several terraces and a great sun terrace. Also the outdoor area with the pool was heavily used! The house was equipped with all we needed and we were well looked after by the housekeeper who lives next door. A short walk to the lovely town square with various eateries and bars. Grocers and supermarkets in easy walking distance too. Also the Victory Club just outside the square was a great find! Good bus service to get around the island and good value. Also eating and drinking out very reasonable in terms of cost compared to other places we have been to. Would absolutely recommend a stay here. Would also recommend a boat trip round the island with stops to allow swimming in the sea part of the trip. Thank you Craig and Andrea for everything including all the useful information you sent us. Two things to help anyone else staying - take anti mosquito spray to use at night - that should keep the mozzies away - they don't make a noise so you don't know they are around! And the bakery van comes round at around 9am in the morning with a beep of the horn.

Perfect town house in a wonderful Gozo village
We enjoyed a wonderful lazy holiday here in July making full use of the pool, beautiful house and stunning roof terraces! The excellent house-keeper, Rita, was there next door all week to assist with any queries we had and we found the house to be extremely well equipped. We will be returning!

The house was perfect. It was well equipped, very clean and quiet.
It was a short walk to the town square in Xaghra which has several good restaurants as well as small markets. Gozo is very relaxed. Malta is a short ferry away.
