“We were a group of 6 persons from Sweden going for a holiday week end of May 2017. The house is situated among other detached houses far away from the motorway and some 4-5 km from the nearest town, Alginet, with shops, pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets etc. We had a fantastic stay in this spacious modern house. Especially we enjoyed the very nice pool and garden area which also had a barbecue/paella kitchen facility. The house was very nice and clean and we got clean sheets and towels on...

“Un séjour merveilleux entre mer et forêt. Nous avons apprécié énormément la piscine avec la vue sur la forêt. Ce retour au calme nous a fait le plu grand bien. La maison est bien équipée, nous avons adoré. Nadine est d’une grande aide et est au petit soin. Elle répond très rapidement à la moindre demande. Merci encore pour ces vacances”

“The Villa was very nice and had everything you would need. The outside space was amazing, The pool Is lovely and clean and was bigger enough for our 3 kids to enjoy. The views are spectacular with the surrounding areas very peaceful. Just right to enjoy a relaxing holiday. There was plenty of seating area and sun beds, Also a good, shaded area to avoid the heat of the Sun. The Owners were quick to respond to any Questions, Also provided key information for our stay. A visit to Valencia...

“Der Urlaub in der Villa La Palma war gut. Das Haus ist fern ab von jeglichem Trubel ca. 15 min ausserhalb von Gandia in einer Gegend mit Orangenplantagen und die Aussicht ist wirklich schön. Es ist gut ausgestattet, jedoch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das einzige was bei Temperatuern weit über 30° fehlt ist eine Klimaanlage, aber der Pool sorgt zwischendurch für Abkühlung. Man kann hinter dem Haus abends gut sitzen und grillen, frühstücken sollte man auf der vorderen Terasse, da hat...

“Une maison atypique pour un lieu atypique....Ce qui a été surprenant avant d'arrivée dans cette location c'est le chemin d'accès. En fait il faut emprunter un "chemin de croix" soit rouler sur une route assez pentue sur les 300-400 derniers mètres. Ceci explique la splendide vue que l'on avait. Après la maison est sur 2 niveaux, dont le premier niveau était déjà loué avec piscine et très surprenant ce n'était pas trop dérangeant (accès différencié pour les deux niveaux) Sinon la maison est bien...

“Der Nachbar der Hauses ist für alles zuständig und macht einen super Job! Das Ahus war sauber und alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Nach unserer Abreise wollte man uns defekte am Haus verrechnen für welche wir nicht verantwprtlich waren. Das konnten wir aber klären. Alles in allem wärmstens zu empfehlen!”

“Lovely villa with absolutely stunning views. If you are looking for scenery and alot less people then this is the place for you. Definately need a car. Valencia beach, which is also amazing is about 1 hour again but there is a lovely lake nearby to also swim in. If you like hustle amd bustle not the place for you but if chilaxing is your thing, stock up at the supermarket and enjoy the place.”

“El apartamento tenía lavadora, TV gigante, horno, vitrocerámica, wifi muy rápido, frigorífico, microondas, aire acondicionado de frío y calor, máquina de café, tostadora, cama grande y cómoda... me pareció genial. Además, es muy fácil de encontrar desde una de las salidas de la autovía.”
