“The bed was large and comfortable. The only sink in the place was the bathroom so for someone who drinks a lot of water and stayed for a few days, it was less than ideal. My fault for not noticing that when I booked. The location is nice and close to town so walked there a couple times. I didn't check out the icecream shop but it looked yummy!”

“On our way to Indiana for the Indy 500 and stayed for the night. Very clean home! Had everything you could possibly need. WAY better than a hotel!! Hot tub was fantastic! Hot and ready to go. Kids absolutely loved it! Only critique would be a second shower because all of us needed one before we left but we made it work. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of places to sleep and rest. Felt very safe with the security system in place. Thank you for such a great home! Would highly recommend!”

I would take your own bedding the comforter had stains on it and all the decorative pillows were stained on the backside. Also there was hair in the sheets . All that said The price was right and for last-minute booking At least we had a place to stay. Over all I’m grateful. ”

“Beautiful place for 8 women cyclists riding the Little Miami Scenic Bike Trails out if Xenia Station. Mattresses and bedding were super comfortable for sleeping after 50+ mile rides.
