They had a new character bag in the room. I thought it is a gift or for sale but it was just for the display. It was a bit disappointing.

W比较适合喜欢fancy感觉的人,整个酒店进去就有一种进入“夜店”的感觉,很有设计感,当然音乐也像夜店。总的来说,房间大小,床品的舒适程度,服务及早餐的选择都令人满意,唯一不足的就是从酒店去市区那个堵!!!

ZERO. Flights, Hotels, and access to China, all cancelled by government due to coronavirus - this is the only hotel to not cancel. To boot, the W Xian fraudulently “checked in” my reservation as if I’d stayed there. Phones are not answered, messages not returned, emails not replied to and even attempts at contact by Expedia unsuccessful. Even as a platinum elite - no replies at all from hotel. This is an unethical operation undeserving of the W name.

W Xian is outstanding!
The W Xian is one of the nicest and most modern W Hotels I've ever stayed in. Rooms are large, pool is wonderful. The staff is exceptional and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is outstanding.

スタッフの対応が最悪 ルームサービスを忘れても謝らない 中国人は謝らないと聞いていたがこれ程とは思わなかった アメニティが最悪、綿棒もなく髭剃りは切れない、トイレットペーパーが硬い ホテル内に売店(コンビニ)がなく不便

Excellent scenery view from the balcony, In and out by car or cab, to nearby tour site in city centre by 20mins . 50 mins to fro the airport . Very well spread of breakfast provided. There is a lake beside the hotel , Just a few mins walk to the lake , you can rent a electric boat to tour both sides of the lake .

So surprised the fridge is not cold for a champagne or anything, first try to find help to seek for number to dial, no hints, then press normally zero no success and when you get angry that time then work on dial O, strange!! After then we have to ask for a ice bucket to cool down me myself and the wine! Beside this everything was super fine!
