“centalt och bra”

“Good location ,nice hotel and comfy bed.”

“The staff was super friendly. It's too bad they don't have any staff that speaks English but we used Google translate and WeChat translate and it worked out fine. Rooms we're immaculate everyday and roomy. We used the laundry facilities and partook in the sumptuous breakfast and the afternoon tea when we were in the area. And as we checked out, they gave us parting gifts. What a great surprise! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Xian again and I would highly recommend this...

“Upon check in the front staff refused to provide breakfast despite being stated on the confirmation. When pointing to the facts we were indirectly accused for lying. I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking. No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the...

“Close to the subway station, plenty eateries near by, very good budget to stay at Zian city, specifically thanks to night shift Mr. 鄭先生who give me so many help first to this city”

“Suverän service, och fantastisk frukost!”

“Breakfast very good Nice staffing Very clean room”

“Great location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and they resolved any issues quickly. The hotel also offers a good variety of quality food options. The facilities are clean, and our room had a wonderful view of the city. There are a few areas that could be improved. The property is somewhat dated, so more frequent inspections and proactive maintenance would help identify and resolve issues before guests encounter them....

“Hotel was nice and good location but maybe a bit dated. Non smoking hotel but ashtrays all over hotel. ”

“Room service took too much time at night. Taste good but cold.”

“I stayed at the Qianna Hotel (Xi'an Bell Tower Huimin Street Subway Station) and had a pleasant stay. The location is unbeatable— a short walk to the Line 2 subway station (Zhonglou Station) and a walkable distance to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter. The room features a Chinese-style design that feels both artistic and cozy. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained despite being right in the middle of the city. The hotel provides breakfast which is a nice mix of Chinese options...

“It a nice place to stay, room was new and neat. Only downside was it did not smell that fresh, 2 room plug in scent machines in the room suggested this maybe an issue . Location requires a taxi to the city centre. Nice hotel thou no major issues”

“We had an absolutely flawless stay. The hotel looks very new and is in a very nice part of the city. Our suite was super spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The onsite restaurants were nice and convenient too. The red level inclusions were totally worth it, particularly because the staff at the red level lounge was extremely helpful and took very good care of us - special mentions to Berry, July, and Polina.”
