âItâs a modern hotel in really good condition (2024), it was really clean and the location is excellent. The only downside was the noise, partially from outside during weekend but also from the toilet which flushed louder than an airplane toilet.â

Jag tog tunnelbanan frĂ„n tĂ„gstationen, det var riktigt smidigt. PĂ„ hemvĂ€gen tog jag en taxi till flygplatsen. Det tog 50 minuter.â

âThe room was simple but efficient and more than enough for a few nights.
Breakfast was included and was very nice! From the hotel it takes about 10-15mins to walk to the closest metro stations and it is also possible to walk to the old town, but this takes approx. 25-45mins, depending on where you want to go.
The major sights are easily reachable via metro, though.â
âLocation was good; near muslim quarter. Walk 10min to bell tower and clock tower. Shopping mall is around there. Best part is near a Wei Jia 24h restaurant and the metro station.
Staffs were friendly and nice; especially Spring Chang and the front counters. Gym was old; the swimming pool is shared with the public. Overall good hotel.â

"Upon check in the front staff refused to provide breakfast despite being stated on the confirmation. When pointing to the facts we were indirectly accused for lying.
I have seldom been so insulted by a professional establishment and has to spend half an hour with the support team at an enormous roaming cost before the hotel agreed to honour the booking.
No one from hotel management bothered to provide an apology and it was only upon check out they presented a piece of chocolate for the inconvenience.
I expect far better from Hilton!"
