We call the international phone to the staff in your country to help you deal with the problem. the way to cancel the Expedia reservation is the staff suggest you do that because of the twice reservation you book. We know the twice booking is so annoying for you, but so do us. It didn't have water in the pool because of the typhoon, it's about the safety concern.
