The Space:

Tucked away in a peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca, Casa Amaia is a stylish and welcoming holiday villa designed with relaxation in mind. Ideal for couples and small families, this modern two-bedroom retreat combines contemporary interiors with inviting outdoor spaces, creating the perfect setting for a sun-filled Lanzarote escape.



Inside, the villa is light and spacious, with an open-plan living and dining area that flows seamlessly onto the terrace through large patio doors. The space feels modern yet comfortable, creating a welcoming place to unwind after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for easy holiday living, whether you’re preparing a light breakfast or enjoying a relaxed evening meal at home. And with air conditioning in both the lounge and bedrooms you're guaranteed a cool and comfortable villa.



The villa sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds, ideal for children or friends. Two modern bathrooms add extra convenience, making the villa well-suited to both couples and families.



A real highlight is the additional upstairs lounge, offering a peaceful space away from the main living area, with elevated views towards Marina Rubicón, perfect for a quiet moment or a relaxed evening drink.



Outside, the villa offers a private space to make the most of Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine. The heated swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace, with sun loungers, shaded seating, and a BBQ area for easy outdoor dining. Whether you’re spending the day by the pool or enjoying a laid-back evening outside, it’s a private space designed for slowing down and unwinding.

Guests have full private access to the villa and outdoor areas, offering a comfortable and private setting throughout your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Casa Amaia is set within a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca, offering a peaceful base while still being close to everything the resort has to offer. Marina Rubicón is within easy reach, where you’ll find a great selection of seafront restaurants, cafés, and boutique shops, along with a relaxed marina atmosphere.



Nearby beaches, including Playa de las Coloradas and Playa Dorada, offer a mix of sandy coves and clear waters, perfect for easy-going beach days.



Getting Around:

Marina Rubicón, with its selection of restaurants, cafés, and shops, is around a 15-minute walk from the villa. Playa de las Coloradas beach is a little further along the coast, making for an easy and enjoyable stroll if you fancy heading out on foot.



Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.



Other Things to Note:

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava—perfect after your journey. Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay.



For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating if you’d like a little extra warmth.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.

We have a convenient self check-in system, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace using a secure digital lock. Your personal access code will be provided once your online check-in is complete.
