“Upstairs feels a bit disconnected from pool area and pool was a bit cold. But the Villa was lovely and very spacious with all the amenities. The best thing though was the location of the Villa in relation to the resort which again was wonderful.”

Great location just a 15 minute walk to the Rubicon Marina and also within easy reach of Papagayo Beach. We are looking forward to returning next year!”

“Having stayed in many villas over the years this has been the smallest ( 2 bedrooms ) but by no means is this a tiny villa, the rooms were spacious and well furnished. We found the villa perfect for our needs. The location was great, just a 10-15 mins stroll to the marina and a few minutes to a good supermarket.The management company were very helpful throughout the booking process and replied quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely return to this villa!”

Great pool (c30ft x 10ft) with plenty of space to sun bath.Great location, quiet and private yet still only 10-12 minute walk to beach with bars and restaurants. “Absolutely beautiful property in a lovely area. It’s nice & quiet but shops, bars and restaurants are close by when needed.The property owner Bernardo, is excellent. He is close by if you need anything at all.The villa is beautiful, it is equipped with everything you could possibly need and very clean. We will most certainly be coming here again - worth every penny. A car isn’t absolutely essential as there are shops and restaurants a short walk away but we did hire a car and ventured a bit...

“Having stayed in the area before, we decided to change where we stay and we were not disappointed. The apartment is in a great location and very well presented. The kitchen was well equipped with everything one would need. The bedrooms were spacious and airy with the Lanzarote breeze through the front windows. “The villa was spotlessly clean and well presented. It was ideal for the wife and I and this is our second visit. The pool is well heated and a pleasure to get into. Used it everyday. One small fault, the curtain in the main bedroom by the pool is too thin. A thicker curtain would be excellent. Other than that I recommend this villa. ”
