Casa Malvasía has three cosy bedrooms. The bedroom on the ground floor features two single beds, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray and quality finishes. The other two bedrooms, with double beds, share an additional full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and everything needed for daily use.



The exterior space of the villa has been designed to make the most of Lanzarote's privileged climate. Its heated private swimming pool stands out, surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor dining area and barbecue, perfect for relaxed evenings in an intimate atmosphere. Additionally, it features a welcoming chill-out space ideal for disconnecting at sunset.
