Villa Nitho welcomes you in Playa Blanca with 139 m² of living space and accommodates up to 6 guests. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. The first bedroom offers direct access to the pool and a queen-size bed, the second features a king-size bed with a separate bathroom, and the third has a double bed with its own bathroom and separate seating area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), 3 smart TVs with satellite reception and video-on-demand, ceiling fans for climate control, a workspace, high chair, baby cot, and barrier-free access throughout the house.



In the private garden, you will find covered and open terraces with panoramic views of the Ajaches mountains, the sea and Playa Blanca. The private, heated outdoor pool measures 26 m² and features an outdoor shower, a barbecue, 6 sun loungers, and a dining area for 6 people on the terrace.



You have access to several private parking spaces on the property as well as public parking on the street. Tennis courts, water sports and shopping facilities are nearby, and public transport is within reach. The villa is non-smoking indoors, smoking is permitted outdoors. Please observe the local quiet hours from 10 pm. Events or parties are not allowed.
