This is undoubtedly one of the most impressive Lanzarote villas. Located on the side of the Montana Roja volcano, the view from the sun terrace is truly stunning. Spectacular mountains lie to your left, Playa Blanca town and the sea directly in front, and Fuerteventura to your right - this is one view you can sit and admire for days! The large sun terrace is also completely private and the swimming pool is heated throughout the year. Other great features outside include the 6 seater hot tub, shaded pergola, large 'alfresco' style dining area and large brick barbecue. Inside the villa is equally impressive. The lounge has a TV, with internet TV system (incl all BBC/ITV/Sky Sports) . Wi-fi is also available for free. The new kitchen fitted in 2024 is fully equipped and the bedrooms are all large with air conditioning. All 3 double/ king size bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers and their is a third bathroom also with a shower. In all, a truly fantastic villa we feel sure you will want to keep coming back to.

Although this villa has 4 bedrooms we welcome smaller parties particularly out of peak times.

We provide beach towels as well as bathroom towels - save weight and space in your luggage!

We had a fantastic time and the Villa was lovely. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The location was perfect for us - a peaceful, residential area, but easy to get down to Playa Blanca by car or get onto the main route for exploring the island. It is truly Bella vista, with an elevated outlook and the most beautiful sun rises.

Beautiful sunrise views 🌅

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Villa Bella Vista. This is by far the best villa experience we have had. Communication was great. The villa is modern, spacious, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were lots of little touches that we appreciated, like welcome tray, washing up kit including dishwasher tablets etc. The outdoor space is fantastic with a good sized pool and fab jacuzzi. The pool guy came twice during our stay and the gardener once so the space is well maintained. The villa is in a quiet location, which suited us. We would recommend a car due to the location but also to visit other areas. We spent one morning at the Cactus Garden, which we loved and we visited the market in Teguise on the Sunday. The best thing about this villa has to be the views, it was not difficult to get up early every morning to watch those beautiful sunrises 🌅

Relaxing with Beautiful Views

Both myself and my wife were blown away with views at the property. We went to Lanzarote to chill and this villa allowed us to do exactly that. It is in very quiet surroundings and the pool was amazing. The inside of the villa is well laid out and has everything you would need. Next time I am in Lanzarote, I will be definitely checking if this villa is available.

Great villa, photos are very accurate.

This villa is exactly as presented on the website which we used to book it. The rooms are spacious, well furnished with tasteful decoration. The pool is a good size - I'd say around 8x4M, and is not too deep so our young teenagers could swim in confidence. The steps into the pool do take up some space, but make it easy to get in and out. We stayed in April and the pool was heated to 28C which was perfect. The uncommon addition was a hot tub, heated to 38C, which was a great way of warming up after a long stint in the pool! The villa is located out of town, but we had a car so that was not an issue. I think you would need a car, although taxis are plentiful and cheap enough. The location does mean you have peace and quiet with no-one overlooking the villa. The villa came with a good selection of cooking implements and basic commodities (I assume left by previous guests) but also comes with a small welcome pack of water, wine, juice, milk, tea and coffee so you can survive without immediately going shopping. Hot water was plentiful, which can be a problem in some villas which use solar water heating, but this villa could cope with us all having showers without running out of water. Overall, great villa and one we'd be happy to return to.

Perfekter Aufenthalt !

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Besonders hat uns der Whirlpool gefallen, der 24/7 beheizt ist. Morgens mit Kaffee in den Whirlpool und Sonnenaufgang beobachten, abends mit einem Glas Rotwein den Sternenhimmel, perfekt. Die Eigentümer haben statt der üblichen Mauer zum Windschutz eine Glasfront. So hat man immer einen tollen Meerblick, vom Whirlpool, Pool, Wohnzimmer... Perfekt !

Amazing Villa

6 friends staying for friends 50th birthday. Fantastic views over to Playa Blanca and the sea in a quiet location. Great to watch the beautiful sunrises. Theres absolutely nothing we didnt like about being here. 30 min walk to main area but local taxi really quick for 4 Euros! Everything is catered for. Just perfect can highly recommend. We will be back!

The villa and pool were both excellent and extremely clean. The villa is slightly out of town , but we managed without a car for the entire holiday . Playa Blanca is a lovely holiday resort. We would not hesitate in booking this fabulous villa again. Thank you for a fab holiday .

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Top Unterkunft. Bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Prunkstück ist natürlich die nicht einsehbare Terasse mit dem beheizten Pool, der auch bei kälteren Tagen schön warm ist, sowie der Whirlpool und die traumhafte Aussicht. Waren mit allem rundum zufrieden.

Incredibly Relaxing Getaway

The villa has a very secure private patio and pool at the back with a lovely view of the surrounding areas. It is conveniently located near local shops, restaurants and the ferry port to visit the surrounding islands. Whilst the pool area sits in an lovely warm sun trap, it also benefits from the nice breeze Lanzarote is known for, which is great if the heat is a bit much for you. The rooms are very spacious and have air conditioning. There are multiple areas to lounge in for larger groups. The check in and out process was easy and we were kept informed of the process throughout. The villa was incredibly clean throughout and our stay was amazing!

Fantastic stay

We had a fabulous 2 weeks at the villa. So we’ll appointed and everything you could possibly want or need. We picked it as it was out of the main centre and this was perfect as it was a 40 minute walk, a €5 taxi ride or an easy scooter. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. Thanks!

Wonderful Villa

Rob could not have been more helpful, giving us tips for travel passes etc. We were met at the airport and from there on in our experience was wonderful. The villa was clean, well appointed and had everything we could ever need. The pool guy was friendly and the lady that changed the bedding was lovely. We were able to completely relax and recharge our batteries. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough.

The perfect short break

We stayed for one week in October 2021. Couldn't hire a car (there weren't any) which was no problem. A lovely walk into Playa Blanca - loads of electric scooters nearby for when we didn't fancy the walk and a cheap taxi back after dinner. The view is spectacular and really made our holiday. The weather was kind but having the hot tub was lovely as was the heated pool.

Walking trip 2020

Everything was as described & even better. My self & 4 friends used the villa as a base to do some walking, location for us was 1st class accommodation was so good we had a couple of chill out days. If we were to return to Lanzarote I would have no hesitation in booking this villa again👍 Also is a great place for families lots of gadgets to keep the kids happy. Amazing Views

Fantastic villa with everything you need for a great holiday. The villa has the most amazing views down into Playa Blanca- which were enjoyed every morning with a cup of tea (even on the couple of days when it rained first thing). Probably the best villa we have stayed in! Will definitely be back!!

Great villa, amazing views, wonderful holiday

We have just returned from our 10 night stay here. The villa was clean and welcoming on arrival. More than enough space for the 4 of us. Towels to use and fully equipped kitchen. The view is amazing day and night. We spent lazy days around the pool, and there was plenty of seating and sun loungers. We also liked that we could sit in the shade and still enjoy the pool and the view. The hot tub was an added bonus at the end of the day. We ate out every night and used the local taxi service, which was always quick, friendly and good value (around €5 each way to the main center of Playa Blanca) the walk was just slightly too far for us - around 50 minutes unless we were missing some short cuts. Overall, we had a great stay, very relaxing, and the location is great. Thank you
