Villa Lavanda Lanzarote is a 3 bedroom contemporary property, located 20 minutes' walk from places to eat and drink in the centre of Playa Blanca. The lively Rubicon Marina is also easily accessible by car and is well worth a visit during your stay. The villa is spacious, bright and airy with stylish furnishings throughout, plus an inviting private pool and alfresco dining area. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, plus pool heating are included.

This semi-detached villa is located in a residential area of Playa Blanca and, around 20 minutes' walk from the resort centre with a range of places to eat, drink and shop. You'll find the nearest beach, Playa Dorada, 15 minutes' walk away. However, the Playa Flamingo and Papagayo Beaches are well worth a visit by car. The lively Rubicon Marina is a little further by foot, offering a range of chic, designer shops, plus places to eat and drink.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
