The Space:

Villa Los Arcos is a welcoming 3-bedroom villa located within the attractive Olivinia Beach community in Los Colorados, Playa Blanca. Combining traditional Canarian character with modern comforts, the villa offers a relaxed and spacious setting for families and groups looking to enjoy the sunshine and laid-back lifestyle of Lanzarote.



True to its name, the "Villa of Arches" features beautiful whitewashed walls and decorative archways that add charm and character throughout the outdoor spaces. The villa's generous grounds are one of its standout features, creating a wonderful environment for relaxing and spending quality time together.



At the heart of the outdoor area is a large heated swimming pool with a shallow section for children, making it ideal for families. There is also a pool table for friendly competitions, while the hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind and enjoy views towards the surrounding mountains after a day exploring the island.



The covered terrace provides a comfortable outdoor seating area overlooking the pool, while the beautifully landscaped gardens feature traditional Canarian stonework and rockeries that are particularly attractive when illuminated in the evening. A built-in BBQ and outdoor dining area complete the space, making al fresco meals an easy and enjoyable part of your stay.



Inside, the villa offers a bright and well-designed open-plan layout. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable self-catering holiday, while the adjacent dining area flows naturally into the spacious lounge. Comfortable leather sofas, a large TV, DVD player, WiFi, and a wide range of international channels, including sports and movie channels, create a welcoming space to relax indoors.



The villa offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two feature king-size beds, while the third is a twin room, making the villa well suited to families and groups of friends. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and are tastefully furnished to provide a relaxing space at the end of the day.



Two bathrooms serve the villa, including one family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a second bathroom with a walk-in corner shower.

The beautiful Marina Rubicón, with its waterfront restaurants, boutiques, and weekly market, is also within easy reach, while the centre of Playa Blanca can be reached in just a few minutes by taxi.



With excellent amenities nearby and easy access to beaches, the marina, and the resort centre, Villa Los Arcos is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and exploring everything Playa Blanca has to offer.



Getting Around:

Taxis are readily available, reliable, and affordable for getting around the resort. Lanzarote also has a well-connected and easy-to-use bus network, offering a convenient and budget-friendly way to explore the island.



If you’d like to explore more of the island, we can also arrange car hire through a trusted local company, with the option of airport collection or delivery directly to the villa.

We’ve included a range of thoughtful touches to help you settle in and start enjoying your holiday from the moment you arrive.



A generous welcome pack will be waiting for you, including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water, orange juice, beer, biscuits, and a bottle of wine or Cava, perfect after your journey.



Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are all provided for your stay. For stays of more than 12 nights, a weekly mid-stay housekeeping service is included. This is a light clean, along with fresh linen and towels, and takes place every 7 days (for example, on day 7 of a 2-week stay, and days 7 and 14 for longer stays). For longer stays, this continues every 7 days thereafter. For bookings of 12 nights or fewer, additional cleaning is not included, but can be arranged on request.



Air conditioning is available and operates on a pay-as-you-use basis at €0.75 per kWh. The meter accepts €1 and €2 coins and can be pre-loaded for your arrival during normal working hours if preferred.



Pool heating is included during the winter months. During the summer months (1st May to 30th September), solar heating is provided, with the option to add electric heating for an additional charge should you prefer a little extra warmth. The hot tub can also be added to your booking for a supplement, ideal for making your stay that little bit more special. Please ask for details.



If you’re travelling with little ones, cots and high chairs can be arranged at €25 per week, per item, payable in cash on arrival directly to the local hire company.



A breakage cover fee of £10 per person is included in your booking. This replaces the need for a traditional security deposit and covers accidental damage up to £400, giving you added peace of mind throughout your stay.
