  • Just get away from it all in this peaceful, centrally located villa in the center of Playa Blanca.

    Villa 3 Palmeras -2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with private pool- is located less than 5 minutes walk from the center of Playa Blanca, with all bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

    To enjoy a relaxing holiday, this comfortable villa with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, garden and terrace with private swimming pool and lots of privacy is exactly what you are looking for.

    When you arrive at the villa you can park your (rental) car in the private driveway. You reach the front door via a 2 step staircase.
    Upon entering you immediately step into the cosy open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, chair, coffee table and dining table with 4 chairs.
    There is also a TV with international TV channels and free WIFI.

    Through the patio doors you enter the large terrace with sunbeds, table with chairs, parasol, stone built BBQ, outdoor shower and private swimming pool.

    The kitchen has a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 ring induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee filter machine and enough glasses, plates and other kitchen utensils.

    On the other side of the living room is a small hall with an adjoining master bedroom with a double bed, dresser and built-in wardrobe.
    Next to that is the bedroom with 2 single beds and a built-in wardrobe.
    At the end of the hall is the bathroom, with toilet, washbasin and a walk in shower.

    Enjoy the sun or the shade, under the pergola ..... everything is possible in Villa 3 Palmeras.

    The complex has a communal swimming pool and tennis court, both of which you can use for free as a guest.
    Rental car is not necessary, all facilities in Playa Blanca are within walking distance.
    Bus station and taxi is 3 minutes walking distance from the villa.

We had a lovely week at this villa. Very close to shops, restaurants, beach. 20 minute walk to the marina. The villa looks better than the photos. Very good communication. Would happily stay again.

Absolutely loved this Villa, everything you could possibly need was there. Suzanne was amazing with communication & I’d book it again in a flash! The pool was lovely & temperature was perfect, the outdoor was nice-the 2 padded toppers were a godsend end on the sunbeds as sometimes they can be uncomfortable. The location was perfect & quite central, check in was easy, a possible 5-7 min walk up from bus station fully loaded with suitcases-10-15 to main strip, 15-25 depending on speed to Rubicón or the bus is at the bottom of the road (1.40 each)There was only one electric fan though-which was fine for us as only us one bedroom being used-would need more if second was in use & I think we’d both struggle with no aircon if continually over 29-30 degs I’d book it again, without a doubt 10/10!! Thanks for having us!!

A nice compact villa situated about 500m from the bus station in a residential cul-de-sac. Villa is functional with all mod cons. The pool area is nice, but the villa is not overly large. Good for a couple but could be a squeeze for 3 or more people. There’s’ no air con in any of the rooms. On our stay, temps regularly hit 35 degrees plus during the day and 40 plus on 3 days. It was in the mid to high 20’s every night. The master bedroom has a fan but no cooling. It just throws hot air around so not overly comfortable. The 2nd bedroom with twin single beds has no fan at all and can become unbearable. Leave the windows open and you’ll eaten by the mozzies. We thought the beds weren’t that comfortable, especially the master double – far too hard. The villa has all other mod cons you’d expect. The problem is there are no operating manuals for any of the appliances. The hob has a [secret] child lock. The microwave wouldn’t work in ‘standard’ mode and kept grilling everything. The villa also has Sky TV – it’s a nice thought but it rarely worked. The box would never sync and we only got it working once in two weeks. Whilst there, the next-door neighbour decided to get their palm trees trimmed at 8.15am when we were still in bed. OK not the host fault. The pool ended up being un-usable for that day. Suzzane though did get the guy to come round later and clean it out. It was rather a mixed affair. Would we go back. Probably not but we had a nice break. Steve and Gail - UK

The villa was exactly as advertised, and perfect for our needs. Great location, clean, comfortable and perfectly equipped for a relaxing holiday in a home away from home. Absolutely nothing to fault about the villa, and great communication from Suzanne. I wouldnt hesitate to book again.

Great villa in Playa Blanca

What an amazing place in Playa Blanca!Around a 10min walk to the beach, bars and restaurants this place had it's own private pool with access to a larger shared pool. All amenties were catered for and we had the best time staying here with my wife and 8yr old son!Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking to stay in and around Playa Blanca!!

Amazing Villa

We have an amazing stay in this villa, Suzanne from the management company has went above and beyond for us with any small issues we had. The villa is well appointed and has a homely feeling and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again

This was just as advertised and was a great stay. We had a small issue on the first night and Suzanne sorted it within 10 minutes. She was fantastic throughout the process.

Home from Home

Lovely villa, comfortable and clean, well equipped and plenty of private outdoor space. Heated pool was just perfect and we had a quiet, relaxing stay and wouldn’t hesitate returning. 10 mins from shops, restaurants and beach. Friendly welcome from Suzanne once we’d settled in. Just great!

August Stay

Very nice and clean villa in a quiet street and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nearby supermarket and shops are just a 10 min walk. We all enjoyed the pool and garden, which is quite private with no one overlooking. Suzanne was great and answered all our questions. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time.

Everything you Need

This villa is perfect if you dont want to hire a car, walking distance into town is about 10, minutes! The outside space and pool were excellent & the villa was very clean when we arrined, plus the bonus of a welcome pack. Def recommend.

Lovely villa and outdoor space in quiet secluded location.

The villa was very clean and spacious and well equipped. Aboot 10 mins walk from shps and restaurants but all streets well lit. An early check in was accommodated which was great.Outdoor area great, will pool and bbq. Gets rhe sun (as long as its out!), all day. Would recommend.

Lovely Villa

The villa was exactly as described and illustrated on the website. Communication with agent was quick and easy. The villa was lovely and well equipped, close to resort centre (a 10/15 minute walk) and supermarket so a car was not required. Lovely quiet outside pool area which was south facing (with views of Fuerteventura) so we got the sun all day. Would highly recommend.
