We had the most wonderful girls’ weekend at Bayview Beach House in beautiful Yamba. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of five, with spacious bedrooms for each of us, so everyone had their own space. We especially loved the little granny flat downstairs, which would be ideal for a couple wanting a bit more privacy. The house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed, whether we felt like cooking at home or heading out. It was an easy walk to the bowls club and the main street, which made getting around so convenient. While we wished it had been summer so we could make the most of the pool, the beautifully maintained backyard and gardens were the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon drink. The Yamba community was so welcoming and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Thank you for having the Chickee Babes for such a fantastic long weekend. We made some wonderful memories and would absolutely stay at Bayview Beach House again. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, size and space
The property was perfect for all the different ages in our family. Plenty of space inside and in the yard and pool. Kids absolutely loved the pool and the ability for us to watch them from the house was great.Gutter leaks on the front stairs when air conditioning is on and when it rains.Would highly recommend staying here.

Weekend stay
Good property everything you need except linen. Needs some maintenance with front gutter which continually leaked over front steps so slippery annd dangerous, needs pest control down stairs cockroaches. Take garbage bags as pickup of garbage bins was not done before our arrival. So with 8 persons staying had to use garbage bags and leave in garage to go out front on pickup day. Pool was nice, clean and enjoyed by all.

Great Property minus the linen issues
- This property is a great holiday house for a large family
- The Ray White staff were lovely
- The location is great!
Linen issues:
- You have to pay EXTRA for linen
- One of the towels supplied was brand new (with tags) and clearly was not pre-washed after purchase
- We were promised bed sheets, towels, bath mats and hand towels. We did not receive everything
- You have to make your own beds!
- The beds had mattress protectors, quilts and decorative pillows on them on arrival. The main bedrooms mattress protector had hair on it, which then made us question how often they get changed
- The linen supplier wasn’t very friendly and came across as quite rude
